Partly known for its yearly motorcycle rally and being the backdrop for the classic movie, "The Wild Ones," Hollister is a city in San Benito County, for which it is the county seat. Nestled in California's Central Coast region, it has a plentitude of recreational opportunities with Pinnacles National Park, San Justo Reservoir, Hill State Recreation and Thousand Trails Campground all within its region, offering everything from hiking, fishing, swimming and camping. Additionally, the Hollister Hills off-road vehicle area has over 6,000 acres of varying terrain for motorcycle, quad, and four-wheel drive enthusiasts. Hollister has a thriving business district accentuated by the town's charming architecture and one-of-a-kind downtown.
