2010 July 28 New home sales rebounded in June, increasing 23.6% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 330,000 last month. Economists had anticipated an annual rate of 310,000, making the June sales pace better than expected. Home sales also surged in March and April, due in large part to homebuyers taking advantage of federal and state tax incentives.
